Returns & Exchanges

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

For items purchased in the month of December, returns are accepted for a full refund or exchange on merchandise if received by January 14 and accompanied by the sales receipt.  Items must be in new condition and must not have been worn, altered, or washed, and with all tags attached.  If an item is damaged or defective we will promptly replace the item, or if you prefer, provide a full refund.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted for a full refund on merchandise within 5 business days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed and with all tags attached.  Exchanges are given on items returned within 10 business days.  If an item is damaged or defective we will promptly replace the item, or if you prefer, provide a full refund including shipping.


Please note:  All final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.


Please allow 4-6 weeks for your return request to be processed.

> Your name and billing address;
> The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift;
> The original purchase price and appropriate date of the purchase;
